Lead Coordinator - Locksmith

In early 2022, Carter embarked on his journey with Car Key Connect, initially joining as a locksmith in training. With an innate aptitude for the trade, he swiftly mastered the skills and techniques required in record time. Carter's infectious smile and unwavering willingness to assist others have made him a cherished member of our team. Having previously worked in the guitar manufacturing industry, his familiarity with micro specs and CNC machines has seamlessly translated into his locksmithing prowess, making him an invaluable asset to our organization. After just a couple short years, he transitioned into the position of lead coordinator to support our customers' needs more efficiently and to further support our technicians on the road.

Locksmith - Team Supervisor

Donovan joined the team in March of 2021 and has since been a core member in multiple capacities. With his experience in the auction world he has become the lead in supporting our largest accounts. Donovan’s desire to learn, train others and improve our processes every day is one of the many reasons he is a ‘key’ member on this team.

Nick has been a part of the organization since its inception in 2018. As the company began to grow it needed a team built and some guidance and that is where he has thrived. Nick wears many hats, whether it be making keys, research and development or administration work, he will always jump to help the team and its customers. Nick has since completed his masters in business administration with the intention of continuing to scale the team and service offerings.
