Curtis Zabel
Senior Locksmith
Curtis Zabel is a second-generation locksmith with a passion for the trade and a strong background in hands-on automotive work. As a quick study and natural problem-solver, he’s adapted seamlessly to our systems while bringing the precision and reliability that only comes with real experience. A true car enthusiast who values quality and family, Curtis fits right into our culture at Car Key Connect and strengthens a team with over 50 collective years in the field.
Robert Masse
Senior Locksmith
Bob Masse, our new Portland locksmith, brings a wealth of experience and diverse background to Car Key Connect. Originally from Southern California, he’s passionate about helping people get back on the road quickly and efficiently. His interest in computer systems, combined with years of automotive and commercial locksmithing experience, gives him a unique advantage when working with today’s high-tech vehicles. When not solving car key conundrums, you’ll find Bob enjoying his other passions: gaming, swimming, and scuba diving.
Mark Vasilkiv

Mark Vasilkiv joined Car Key Connect in February 2024 and has quickly proven himself to be a dedicated and capable locksmith. With speed and precision, Mark serves both his team and our customers, consistently delivering quality service with a calm and focused demeanor. A natural leader, he brings confidence and clarity to every job he touches. Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and off-roading, his adventurous mindset carries through in his commitment to growth and excellence.
Jason Womack

Jason Womack is a highly skilled locksmith who recently relocated from Texas to join the Car Key Connect team in Gig Harbor, Washington. He has a strong background in the locksmithing industry and is proficient in handling both residential and commercial jobs. Jason is dedicated to providing customers with reliable and efficient service, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. His commitment to customer satisfaction makes him a valuable asset to our company. We are thrilled to have him as part of our growing team.
Donavon Lish

Donovan joined the team in March of 2021 and has since been a core member in multiple capacities. With his experience in the auction world he has become the lead in supporting our largest accounts. Donovan’s desire to learn, train others and improve our processes every day is one of the many reasons he is a ‘key’ member on this team.
Melanie Marion
Controller
Melanie Marion is the Controller at Car Key Connect, where she also oversees dispatch. Originally from Orange County, California, she relocated to Washington to help lead our next chapter of growth. She brings expertise in supply planning, operations, and systems optimization, supported by early experience in customer service and sales. As part of our Strategic Management Team, Melanie drives financial oversight, operational efficiency, and day-to-day dispatch. She embodies CKC’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Professionalism, and Fun.
Greg Comstock
Brand Ambassador
Greg Comstock joins Car Key Connect as our brand ambassador with decades of experience in automotive and logistics, including roles at Northwest Motorsport, Manheim, and Crossborder. Known for his leadership, strategic mindset, and deep industry network, Greg plays a key role in driving operational growth and efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, off-roading, and is a proud Pearl Jam fan.
Curt Schmidt
Locksmith Apprentice
Curt Schmidt brings a tenured background in mobile electronics from his years at Car Toys and a lifelong passion for all things automotive. As a locksmith in training with CKC, Carl is channeling his technical expertise and enthusiasm for cars into mastering the locksmith trade, bringing energy, curiosity, and a strong commitment to growth to our team.
Nicholas Blake
General Manager
Nick has been with Car Key Connect since it began in 2018. He helped build the team and guide the company’s growth. Nick is a versatile employee who does everything from making keys to administrative work. He recently earned his MBA to help expand the company even further. Nick and Car Key Connect are focused on providing a positive customer experience and delivering great value.

JT Curry is a successful entrepreneur and the owner of Motors Northwest, a respected name in the automotive industry. Never one to shy away from a new venture, JT partnered with his good friend, Dave Blake, to establish Car Key Connect. While JT takes a mostly hands-off approach, his business acumen and guidance provide valuable support to the Car Key Connect team. His trust in Dave and their shared vision is a testament to their strong friendship and belief in the company’s potential.Â

Dave’s journey began with the idea of crafting keys onsite at the Auto Auction of New England in New Hampshire. From there, he honed his skills as the manager of DAA Seattle, a renowned auto auction in the bustling city of Seattle. Today, Dave serves in a VP role with McConkey Auction Group. Dave drives the exceptional standards Car Key Connect provides, where every key is more than a tool—it’s a testament to precision and care.
